Linda Rueckert is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina. She earned her B.A. in English from Utah Valley University in 2003. While in school she worked at a residential treatment center for adolescents as a counselor and mentor. This experience prompted her to continue her education in social work and she earned her MSW from Boston College in 2007.

Linda started her professional career working in a day treatment program in South Boston running psychiatric and psycho-social group therapy. Seeing the importance of community based psychiatric care, Linda transitioned to working for a private PACT team (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) in the greater Boston area. As part of the PACT team, Linda worked as an addiction specialist, cognitive behavioral therapist, ACT specialist and family therapist. She earned her certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Interventions at Boston University and pursued Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as one of her main theoretical approaches to care. Linda relocated to Sundance Utah to work at a private residential addiction treatment program where she was able to work with an elite team of clinicians to address individual and family issues related to substance use. She then returned to the Boston area and worked as a clinical supervisor in a medication assisted treatment program training other therapists and working with individuals and families. She recently relocated to North Carolina where she looks forward to bringing her unique skill set to assist individuals and families improve the quality of their lives and reach their personal and familial goals.

Linda believes that the most important part of the therapeutic process is the relationships between the therapist and the individual. She creates an atmosphere of safety and honesty in her sessions through compassion, empathy, humor, quiet and deep respect.

Linda works primarily with adults and families.

As a counselor, I strive to provide a safe space where clients can process, learn and accomplish their goals.

Carrie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2008 from UNC-Charlotte. Carrie went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Certificate in Substance Abuse in 2011 from UNC-Charlotte. Carrie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in North Carolina.

Carrie has worked in a variety of settings over the past 8 years, including community work, residential treatment and inpatient psychiatric treatment. Carrie began her counseling career at Elite Community Health working as an Intensive In-Home Team Lead for mental health and substance abuse clients. Carrie later transitioned to Access Family Services for several more years as an Intensive In-Home Team Lead. During this time, Carrie met with children and their families in their homes and in the community to help them improve their family dynamics. For the past 4 years Carrie has been working at Strategic Behavioral Health Center and Holly Hill Hospital. At Strategic Behavioral Health, Carrie worked with adolescents, while at Holly Hill Hospital she worked on the detox unit and the general psychiatric unit for adults.

Carrie's areas of expertise include the following: mindfulness, motivational interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive therapies and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Carrie likes to meet a client where they are at: whether a client prefers a session while walking, art therapy, role playing or music therapy.

Jason Cole is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina (License # 11024). He received a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Pittsburgh in 2001 and a M.A. in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007.

During his career, he has over 14 years of counseling experience, serving as a clinical counselor in a therapeutic day school in the Chicago, IL area, and as an administrator and counselor at an international school in Germany. Over the last five years, Jason has worked in a private, outpatient counseling practice in Garner, NC.   Jason enjoys working with clients to create and meet life goals through times of difficulty or uncertainty, and has worked extensively in the areas of anger management, behavioral disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and depression. He is guided in both assessment and therapy by psychodynamic theories but has also learned to incorporate cognitive-behavioral interventions, family systems theories and play therapy depending on the individual needs of his clients.

At Reframe Counseling Services, Jason looks forward to working with adults, children, and adolescents in individual sessions, family therapy, and sessions focused on parenting skills/strategies.
